Honey Garlic Baked Salmon.
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, grated ginger, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
4. Pour the marinade over the salmon fillets, making sure they are evenly coated.
5. Let the salmon marinate for about 15-20 minutes at room temperature, or you can cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour for more flavor.
6. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked to your desired doneness.
7. Once done, remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
8. Serve the Honey Garlic Baked Salmon hot with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the fish.
This flavorful and succulent salmon dish is perfect for a quick and healthy dinner. Enjoy!
