- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until onion is translucent.

4. Meanwhile, cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
5. In a separate bowl, combine ricotta cheese, grated mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese.
6. Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Arrange a layer of cooked lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
7. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the noodles, then spoon half of the remaining meat sauce over the cheese.
8. Repeat layers with remaining noodles, cheese mixture, and meat sauce.
9. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
10. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
11. Let lasagna cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
