Grilled Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- Mixed salad greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula)
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Cucumber, sliced
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken until fully cooked.
- Slice the grilled chicken into strips.
- In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
- Add the grilled chicken strips on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Toss gently and serve.
