        Grilled Chicken Salad


Ingredients:

  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • Mixed salad greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula)
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the chicken until fully cooked.
  • Slice the grilled chicken into strips.
  • In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
  • Add the grilled chicken strips on top.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Toss gently and serve.
