Crispy Baked Parmesan Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and lightly grease it with cooking spray or olive oil.
2. In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
