Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta A Dinner Recipe


Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta.

Ingredients:

- 8 ounces of spaghetti pasta

- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 4 cloves of garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons of butter

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Zest and juice of 1 lemon

- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley

- Grated Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)


Instructions:

1. Cook the spaghetti pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.

4. Stir in the lemon zest and juice, then add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

5. Remove the skillet from the heat and sprinkle the chopped parsley over the pasta. Toss once more to distribute the parsley.

6. Serve the Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta hot, optionally topped with grated Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
